The 7th World ROP Congress in conjunction with the 2027 TMS Annual Meeting accepts Free Paper, Poster and E-poster submissions.

Saving an abstract as a Final submission means agreeing to these three clauses.
Abstracts fulfilling all criteria can be saved in “Final submission” status. Only abstracts in “Final submission” status will be regarded as successfully submitted and considered for the review. The submitted / draft abstracts cannot be edited after the submission deadline of
By submitting an abstract, the author agrees to the following: as an accepted Presenter, 7th World ROP Congress in conjunction with 2027 TMS Annual Meeting depends on you to be present in person for your presentation. Speaker absences without an acceptable excuse will be tracked and this will be communicated to the Scientific Committees for future reference. Consequences may include rejections of a submitted abstract for the following year.
The first author is the presenting author by default, but may delegate the role to a co-author if necessary. The presenting author must register for the Congress first, pay the full registration fee, and attend the event to make the presentation in person.

Present — register, then present in person

Speaker absences without an acceptable excuse are tracked and communicated to the Scientific Committees; consequences may include rejection of an abstract the following year.
