Remarks
- Kindly note that the registration is completed only when the registration fee has been settled. During the payment process, Stripe may need time to verify your transaction, which will take up to 72 hours. To enjoy the congress to the fullest, please reserve time accordingly.
- If you need an official invitation letter for visa application, please register and download the letter via the congress system.
Cancellation policy
Refund schedule
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please review the policy carefully before registering.
To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and the registered email address must be sent to the 7th World ROP Congress 2027 in conjunction with 2027 TMS Annual Meeting Secretariat by email

The Registration and Abstract Submission System has 128-bit SSL encryption on all pages that handle sensitive information.

However, the nature of the internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet will be 100% secure.

We do not disclose your personal data to outside parties except as set out in this policy.

For instance, if you attend an industry sponsored event at the Congress and allow your badge to be scanned, this will be taken as consent to share your contact details with the sponsor concerned so that they can follow up with you directly.
